The Program History
Previously known as the Healthy Family Formula (HFF) Practitioner Training Program, the original practitioner training program led by Holistic Health Empowerment/Deep Wellness Coach and Wellness Expert, Carla Atherton, boldly served its purpose to educate and inform a community of passionate wellness seekers in the ways of Functional Medicine and Lifestyle Medicine.
From its inception and first offerings back in 2018, that program has grown exponentially to become what you see here-- the Health Empowerment Coach Training Program (HECT)--educating both the public for personal health AND those who want to support others in any capacity: teachers, parents, coaches, mentors...the list is only limited to your own imagination.
The program has been rewritten, amended, clarified, expanded, and renamed the Health Empowerment Coach Training Program (HECT), and the new designation for those on the professional track? Deep Wellness Coach/Holistic Health Empowerment Coach.
BUT AGAIN, you DO NOT need to do any of this as a career; this program is for those inspired and excited to participate in shifting out of our old limited health paradigm and into the never-ending, self-propelling flow of Deep Wellness!
